"Had such a great stay with Carlos and Ben! They were both fabulous hosts and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The dogs are absolute sweethearts too, so cute and friendly. The backyard ended up being my favorite spot to work from with my laptop. Wifi was super reliable the whole time, no issues at all. The room and bathroom were spotless and in great shape, and the shower was really nice. Overall just a cute, homey, welcoming place. Would definitely recommend!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at George & Jeff’s rental home in Tampa, Florida, and I can confidently say this is a 5-star experience through and through! From the moment I arrived, George was incredibly helpful, providing detailed directions that made finding the property and parking a breeze. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by George, who gave me a warm welcome and an informative tour of the home and property. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. George walked me through the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, coffee cups, and other essentials. One of the highlights of the property is the gorgeous backyard, which features a stunning swimming pool and an aviary housing two beautiful parrots. It was so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in such a tranquil setting. Upstairs, my room was spacious and had its own private balcony overlooking the pool. The deck off my bedroom was a lovely addition—perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee or soaking up the view of the pool and the large oak trees surrounding the property. It felt like my own personal retreat. One of the main reasons I booked this property was because of its clothing-optional policy. George informed me that the clothing-optional area extends throughout the backyard and on the balcony, which was a real treat. I loved being able to enjoy the outdoors in a completely relaxed and natural state—whether I was sipping coffee in the morning, lounging by the pool, or taking a shower outside. It was truly a liberating and refreshing experience. George and Jeff were both extremely friendly and accommodating, and I always felt comfortable and welcomed. In fact, I had a wonderful conversation with Jeff by the pool while I was soaking up the sun, and it felt like I was just hanging out with old friends. Their hospitality really made the stay special. The house was immaculately clean, and everything was in perfect working order. I had absolutely no complaints, and I honestly can’t think of a better place to stay in Tampa. I’ll definitely be booking this property again the next time I’m in town. In fact, I met a couple who had been coming back to this property for years, which speaks volumes about the quality of the experience. "Bobby was such a lovely guy who graciously and generously accommodated me during a stressful time for both of us. Loved our coffee klatsch each morning. The room was immaculate and pin drop-quiet (perfect for light sleepers like me) and even a bit luxurious with its skylights and massive bathtub. Outside, it was fun to explore NoVa and good restaurants (Asian street food!) all very walkably closeby. Highly recommend."

"It was a total pleasure to stay at Travis's beautiful art-filled home for a long weekend of a conference and Pride festivities. The host was very responsive to any issues and had entertaining stories -- ask about the film poster in the kitchen! Breakfasts were great, especially the delicious quiche to fuel us up for the parade. The other guests were lovely (sharing the bathroom with another guest was never a problem), we each had our own nice outdoor space, and the hot tub was wonderful. Highly recommended."
