"I had a very nice stay at the Agustin. The Property is Beautiful, very well kept, with sitting/lounging area, hot tub, out door shower, and a very nice clean pool with perfect water temp. refrigerated Bottle water is available 24/7. Loved my room, it was clean, modern with a very comfortable bed. The owners Tim and Marco were very friendly, and available for anything I needed. It's a great property and would highly recommend a stay here."

"My stay in Coconut Grove with Jose was an absolutely fantastical experience! Jose is very respectful person, full of ideas, suggestions, care and initiative to make your stay the best possible experience ever. The area of the property is very well situated in the central part of Coconut Grove, close to bars, cafes, restaurants, businesses and CVS. The Cocowalk shopping center has great places to visit, the gym on the last floor is quite nice too. Jose's property is superb in location and what it has to offer, the salt water pool is great to refresh in and spend the day in nature surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. I would highly suggest you stay with Jose, he is the perfect host."

"I stayed here for a quick stop to break up my travels and it was perfect. The hosts were excellent communicators and even provided a permit for on-street parking, which made things so convenient. Walkable to nearby restaurants and also to some of the well-known gay bars in the area. The hosts shared history about the neighborhood, gave tips on things to do, places to eat, etc and we even had some engaging, in-depth intellectual conversations. A very welcoming and thoughtful stay"

"As others have noted, Keith's home is extraordinary. It's a beautiful 19th century townhouse that has been restored and updated with both beautiful original details balanced with a modern updated kitchen and (guest) bath. The house was impeccably clean and full of collections of art and objects d'art yet incredibly comfortable (especially the bed). It's in a top-notch location one door in from Logan Circle and a block away from the many amenities awaiting you on the 14th Street corridor. Best of all, however, was Keith. He was a friendly, kind host who extended a warm welcome that extended right to checkout. You can try, but you won't do better for a great place to stay with a great host in DC."
