Beautiful apartment in a quiet, green neighborhood close to the center

The apartment is located in the lively Giesing district, in the transition to the elegant Harlaching district. 100 m to the subway station Wettersteinplatz... I offer you a large double bed... all to yourself, or for you and your partner if you are traveling as a couple or with a friend. It is a large room that is both living room and bedroom. As well as a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a very large table. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a window overlooking the courtyard. You have all the privacy in the world, as I am currently in Spain for long periods.... You can walk, cycle (I will be happy to lend you a bike), run, take the subway (or - quaintly - the streetcar) to the center. (The Mangfallplatz subway station, about 1 km away, has a park-and-ride facility...) The night streetcar will take you home at any time... And at weekends, the subway trains now also run continuously... More details in a direct exchange. You are welcome to cook and use my supplies. Food is for eating :-) WiFi and Netflix are available. I'm happy to give you tips for the theater, opera and ballet. And about the many museums in our city.... I love culture and history and am reasonably well versed :-) And I also know quite well where the upmarket and more basic clothes stores etc. are... I can't give too many tips on gay spots because I've only been gay since June 2024... But I can tell you where the Glockenbach district is, where my favorite gay bar is (with a drag show on Wednesday nights...)... Oh yes... and I speak 10 languages. Spanish, Portuguese, French, English, Italian, Romanian, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish... (the last three with difficulty, but I can converse, and I understand Danish too, as far as you can understand Danish...) By the way, the double bed is 2 m x 2 m... the system has made an automatic entry that I can't change. A third person can easily sleep on the couch (or in the double bed). The house is LGBT-friendly.... a good-looking young neighbor is on ******** and is happy to meet people :-) There are plenty of good and affordable restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a cheap supermarket (Norma) in 100 m and REWE in 200 m distance, organic market, bakery, pastry shop, McDonald's (the 1st of Germany, since 1971 ! ), actually EVERYTHING... Hairdressers... municipal swimming pool.... 1 km to the forest... 1 km to the river... City and nature, for exciting walks...
