Welcome to our light-flooded maisonette in the heart of Sendling - a district where Munich is still Munich. This is where the real Munich locals live, drink their after-work beer in the Boazn around the corner and know exactly where to get the best espresso.
The apartment extends over two floors, is open, bright and furnished with love. The centerpiece is the cozy HAY sofa, perfect for long evenings, good conversations or simply doing nothing. Large windows provide plenty of light - and on clear days you can even enjoy the view of the Alps. Yes, really. 🏔
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: portafilter machine for barista moments in the morning, proper cooking equipment for dinners with friends or dates that stay longer than planned. Two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, ensure a relaxed arrival - whether after a night at the club or a day of hiking. Of course, there is also a washing machine.
In short: the apartment is fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, kitchen, technology - everything is there.
👉 All you really need to bring is your toothbrush.
Location, location, location:
You can reach the Glockenbachviertel with its cafés, bars, clubs and restaurants in 15 minutes on foot. Public transport (bus and U3/U6 Implerstraße) is only 5 minutes away - quick and stress-free.
For everyday life: Penny, Edeka, organic food store and DM are all within walking distance. Practical and very unsexy - but important :)
