Alarm-secured accommodation. -2 shower rooms and 2 WCs. Air-conditioning: by zone for optimum comfort. -Outdoor area: with covered terrace, 1000m2 of enclosed grounds secured by electric gate, 3 parking spaces for vehicles, deckchairs and barbecue.
