This charming bungalow offers a private spacious bedroom for guests with a king-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen, shared living room, dining room, and laundry room with a washer/dryer. Additionally, the home includes a private backyard with a large deck, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a grill - perfect for socializing and relaxing.
This is a shared space - one or both of us will sometimes be at the home if we are not traveling or away in NYC.
Please note that there is only one shared bathroom with shower; however, the outdoor shower works perfectly as second shower with hot water.
In terms of location, the home is centrally-located in historical Central Oak Park, just 1 mile from the gay bars on Central Ave (well within walking distance). There is free street parking in front of the house. Additionally, the SunRunner tram is just one block away from the home, making both downtown St. Pete and St. Pete beach easily accessible for guests traveling without a car. Walking distance to two gay resorts that offer day passes for pool usage.

We love to have cocktails and hang out in the backyard, but we are always mindful of our wonderful neighbors next door and try to be conscientious of noise level. We look forward to hosting you!
