Cozy 1930’s bungalow close to downtown

Beautiful home in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Stocked with plenty of beach goodies and all the amenities you need. Douglas was kind and accommodating, and made us feel completely welcome. Would happily stay here again.

I can't say enough about Douglas and Noah. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Very nice to chat with while i was there. As a matter of fact, the first thing that Noah said when i arrived was "make yourself at home". What a great way to start!!! Their house was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The back yard was a little gem! I loved sitting out there and enjoying the piece and quiet. I can't wait to stay with them again and would highly recommend it to everyone that is looking.

Doug and Noah are fantastic hosts, and their place is cozy and comfortable. I had to book with them a bit last minute. Communication was quick and clear, and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable, and the back yard is just fantastic. I was able to shower in the outdoor shower, relax, and read. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location was close to great restaurants and other amenities. If you want a chill, relaxing experience in St. Pete, I would definitely recommend their place.

This Cozy bungalow was a port in the storm for me. Douglas and Noah were super hosts....kind, understanding and helpful. Lots of great recommendations for places to eat. I felt completely at home and welcomed. Thank you guys for being there. I highly highly recommend this gem of a spot and hope to return again soon.

Douglas and Noah have a lovely home with an especially nice private outdoor space. It was easy to get to downtown St. Petes and a short drive from the beaches. They communicated thoroughly and promptly, and Noah was a very cordial housemate. :)

The space here for my review is not big enough to hold the countless accolades and warm regard for Doug and Noah and the incredible time I had staying at their charming and very handsome home. It truly is a home not a house. You know when you meet someone and click with them instantly like you're old friends? Well this captures my experience. It surpassed all of my expectations. Wonderful and beautiful place! It is very peaceful and quiet. Within minutes from tons of restaurants and things to do. You'll love it here!

I felt right a home at Douglas and Noah's. My check in and check out were super simple and convenient, the bed was extra comfy, and both the inside and outside of the house were beautiful. I met Douglas and Noah towards the end of my visit, and they were awesome, sweet and great to hang out with. I'll definitely look to stay here the next time I'm in town! (Also I really loved the landscaping! 🌱🙂)

Lovely space, great nights sleep. Douglas is a natural host. The bungalow reflects that ease and presence both indoors and out. Great food, coffee, gym, and craft beer choices in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay and Doug and Noah's place! Unfortunately, they were out of town during my visit, but their communication prior to checking in and during my stay was excellent. It is well located within walking distance of eateries and bars. I even walked back from Cocktail one night! The place is clean and well-stocked with all the essentials and I slept very well on the huge comfy bed. I plan on coming back the next time I'm in St Pete and hope to meet the hosts next time. Don't hesitate to stay here!
