room in modern villa (naturists welcome)

Private room located in our single-storey villa in the south of France, between Nîmes and Montpellier. The whole house is non-smoking, but the terraces and grounds are available for you to enjoy a smoke. It features a comfortable 160cm sofa bed. You'll have access to all the house's common areas, such as the shower room (with toilet), another separate toilet, the kitchen, the living room, as well as the outdoor terrace and grounds, ideal for relaxing, reading, etc. Depending on the season and availability, we can also put the jacuzzi at your disposal (on request when booking). A simple breakfast is included (tea or coffee, rusks or bread, jam). We are naturists, so you can practice naturism on our premises if you wish, while respecting each other's privacy. POSSIBLE SERVICES at extra charge (subject to availability and your request): possibility of sharing lunch and/or dinner with us, wellness massage, sports classes. We are 2km from the A9 freeway exit 27 "Lunel", between Nîmes and Montpellier (15mn). The naturist beach of l'espiguette is 35 minutes away, and the textile beach of la grande motte is 25 minutes. In your request, please let us know the reason for your stay, your arrival and departure times, and whether you'd like to join us for lunch (subject to availability).
