Semi-detached studio (2 people maximum) located between Montpellier and Nîmes. Cosy, NON SMOKING, well-equipped, for your exclusive use, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa bed (160cm memory foam mattress), air-conditioning, walk-in shower. Outside terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs, 2 deckchairs, gas plancha. Private JACUZZI. 1000m2 grounds, pets welcome. Parking space inside the property and possibility of storing 2 motorcycles in the garage. 15 minutes from Nîmes and Montpellier, 35 minutes from the Espiguette naturist beach, 25 minutes from La Grande Motte. The Lunel A9 freeway exit (no. 27) is 2 km away. During your stay, bed linen and towels are provided.
