Photos and description far from reality = tiny - despite very warm and cooperative welcome from Yann the mezzanine is very very low (maximum 1m upon arrival at the top of a very steep and unreliable ladder (and not stairs) you have to crawl to move around the room and despite my small height (1m68) I couldn't stand up anywhere up there / basic kitchen (oven/dishwasher broken) fridge that defrosts because door is stuck / poor quality and very noisy air conditioning (I couldn't sleep the 1st and only night spent there so I took a real hotel from day 2 onwards (5 nights paid wasted) / windows with curtains permanently drawn because neighbor 2m50 away opposite from morning to evening watching into the studio.strong sewage smell in the bathroom whose ventilation system was clogged and no longer working / no vertical storage except 3 hooks on the front door and 3 small drawers at the top (still crawling to access them) too bad for the perfect location for a pedestrian in the city center

Well-located apartment with all amenities, very appreciable. The mezzanine bedroom not very practical for tall people like me and the stairs a bit dangerous if you get up in the middle of the night, otherwise the apartment is very well equipped.

Apartment ideally located in the historic center, matching the ad description. Yann is very friendly and accommodating with check-in and check-out arrangements. Very pleasant stay in Montpellier.

Nice studio with mezzanine. Perfect location in old town Montpellier and within walking distance from so many interesting areas of the city. Yann was resourceful and friendly. Apartment cleanliness wasn't the best and parking is not really available unless you want to take a tram to get to your car. But globally we had a great time thanks to Yann's inputs.

We loved Papa Doble's cocktails and Grande Travers beach ;) The apartment is very well located in the St Roch neighborhood. It is very functional, well-equipped, bright and beautifully decorated. For a first time with this type of rental, I was pleasantly surprised. Pleasant accommodation in the heart of the old town, just steps away from everything. Yann responds very quickly when needed. If I return to Montpellier, I think I will book this apartment again.

Yann's apartment is admittedly small, but sufficient for two. It is well-equipped and very functional. Yann is very responsive and available, which makes communication very easy. The apartment is ideally located and allows you to discover Montpellier on foot. Yann does everything to make the stay easy and pleasant. We will return without any hesitation.
