Small apartment under the roof at the top of a medieval building (beautiful facade - 17th century).
Very bright apartment (large windows and skylights) renovated with :
- Multi-channel TV,
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, blender, etc.)
- Nespresso® machine,
- Air-conditioning,
- Italian-style shower,
- Bedroom on balcony with comfortable queen-size bed (mattress topper).
Linen is provided (sheets, towels, etc.), as well as basic kitchen products (salt, pepper, etc.). We also have a Nespresso® machine (and the store is 100 meters away!).
Please note that access to the upstairs bedroom is via a steep staircase with handrail. The attic room is between 1.20m and 1.80m (3ft to 5ft).
The apartment is located in the heart of the city's pedestrian center (******** St Anne's church (now a contemporary art center).
Shopping district (rue Saint-Guilhem and boulevard du Jeu de Paume).
The apartment is located in a very quiet street called "rue Rey" (no stores, restaurants or bars).
The apartment is very well served by tramway lines 1, 2, 3 and 4, only 5/10 minutes away on foot (streetcar stops "Observatoire" and "Comédie"). The "Saint-Roch" train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Free parking available 10 minutes away by tramway ("Pilory" stop ******** a fenced-in area with automatic gate (please ask when booking).
