Just a few meters from all amenities: supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. Comfortable 140 x 200 bed. Convertible armchair bed 1 place. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.). Internet access, Netflix, 102 cm LCD TV.

This studio is not suitable for use. Avoid. There is a very serious sewage (~shit) smell. It was so bad that our clothes smelled crap after barely 36h. Obviously no aircon fixes that and no, the street smells fine. The owner is aware but does not care. The studio itself was clean but please note there is no pillow protector (just pillow cases), the rain shower is broken (hand held bit is fine), and contrary to description, the little sofa / comfi seat has been replaced by a table and 2 chairs. Location is fine from an old town perspective but neighbourhood itself is not where you will spend much time. Check in was in absence of owner with key boxes, etc. Please do no rent this place until you are certain the plumbing issue has been resolved.

Wonderful stay in Montpellier in Alexandre's accommodation, close to the old town and public transport (tram, bus and train) to discover the region and even go to the sea. All in a quiet neighborhood. Alexandre is very available and the accommodation is a little gem perfect for solo travelers or couples.
