The Reveal

Private room in a new apartment. For the moment, this space is equipped only with a comfortable convertible leather sofa! Ideal in sofa mode if you want to read while isolated in your room, or in bed mode for your cozy nights.

I'll be sharing a lovely 30m2 living room with access to a lovely terrace where you can relax or enjoy an aperitif.

You'll appreciate the peacefulness of the apartment after a day out walking or working in Montpellier. Last but not least, I can provide you with a parking space in the building's secure parking lot for a supplement of 5euros per day of reservation (max 20euros per week).

As a reminder, this is a homestay. You have access to the whole accommodation, only your room is a private space. It's a bit like a mini flat-share ^^so, thank you : - respect the apartment and close the front door and wicket door when you leave. Remember to lower the shutter on the French window if it's hot when you leave the apartment (and there's a risk of that), so you'll have a bit of fresh air when you get back. - No parties! However, you can invite someone if you wish, just let me know. - You have access to the whole apartment except my bedroom. Just remember to tidy up the common areas. - You can use the kitchen, as long as the dishes are done Ha ha! You'll have a spot in the fridge if you need to run errands. - The most important rule: feel at home. For those of you who like to dress lightly at home, dress as you like...! Last but not least, enjoy your stay in Montpellier! ☀☀☀☀

The place of Michel is excellent, super big, clean and well organized. Everything was like the picture and the balcony is super nice. He was very friendly and kind to give me some tips of the city.

Michel guided me to his place. Very welcoming. Helpful. The accommodation is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the historic center. Michel was a good host. He clearly indicated the details for getting to his place and gave me good information about the procedure for submitting a form for delayed trains. The location of his apartment is near Saint-Rock station, about a 15-minute walk. His apartment is very clean, comfortable and well-lit. I strongly recommend him.

Perfect and efficient welcome from Michel despite last-minute booking. Michel puts you at ease without overdoing it and the exchange is warm and kind. The apartment is very functional, comfortable and impeccably clean. The geographic location is ideal for discovering downtown Montpellier. An added bonus with parking available. An address and a host to recommend without hesitation for a stay in Hérault! Thank you Michel!
