Hans has a beautiful home and was really helpful and I had the loveliest stay. He was a great communicator, even sent videos about how to access the key which made things very simple and clear, offered tips on cafes and couldn't have been nicer. The area is particularly beautiful and looks like a fairytale. Would totally book again.

I didn't meet Hans but communication was very easy and fluid. Instructions were clear and the apartment is easy to find in a very nice and active area in Stockholm. The description and the pictures are accurate and the apartment is actually very nice and very clean. There are multiple restaurants, bars and groceries stores nearby. Hans would quickly answer any of my questions. I would book the apartment again if I come back to Stockholm.

I had a wonderful stay at Hans's apartment. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything Stockholm has to offer, and the neighborhood is beautiful and pleasant to explore. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable, and exactly as described. Hans was incredibly helpful and communication was smooth from beginning to end. Everything worked perfectly, and I felt completely at home during my stay. I would happily stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Although I didn't meet Hans personally, he gave very precise instructions for check-in and check-out and was always available when needed. The flat is in a great residential area, very close to Gamla Stan and to public transportation, and has a lot of interesting restaurants. It's worth it!

This fantastic apartment is incredibly well located for exploring Stockholm's best neighborhoods. Lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops all right around the flat. Hans is very helpful in communication and check-in was a breeze. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, well appointed, and made for such a great base to explore Stockholm from. Hands down would come back again.

Hans' apartment is perfect. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Pictures are accurate and views from the apartment are also nice. Hans keeps it very clean and is generous with allowing you to use his items. Helpful that there's an elevator in the building, especially if you have luggage. Hans himself is very communicative and helpful with suggestions. He personally met me to say hello one night and provided great/specific recommendations for food, bars, etc. he is very accommodating with needs
