Newly renovated small but convenient flat located by the park Tantolunden, on Södermalm. Walking distance to the beach in Tanto, and bathing deck 100 meters from the entrance. Big balcony with sun all day. Södermalm is the trendier area in Stockholm, with many smaller cafés and shops. A walk to Mariatorget (where some of the more gayoriented bars are located) takes 20 minutes.

Nice cosy flat. It is located in a quiet green neighbourhood within walking distance of a bus station that puts you directly in the city centre. We never met Staffan himself, but he gave us a virtual tour of the flat. Very friendly, helpful host. Highly recommended!

The relatively small size of Staffan's apartment is highly compensated for by the unique location down to the seafront in first line, all the green around, quietness and close location to the local bus and train stations, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The check-in was easy and swift and although we didn't see him during our visit, Staffan communicated with us very fast and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment with a great value for the money and Staffan as the perfect host!! 🤩

Staffan is the perfect host and his apartment is lovely. It is situated in a very green area in the south island of Stockholm. There is a large park nearby, which is perfect for taking walks or going for a run. You can even go for a swim if you do not mind the cold temperature of the water... The apartment was neat and tidy, Staffan provided all the information we needed and we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great experience at Staffan place. The location is very quiet and pleasant, just by the lake, but close enough to the city center. Staffan was always aware of what we could need. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! Staffan was so friendly and communicative. His place was spotless and stylish, in a nice area down by the water. Beautiful views, a short walk to the metro, some nice food trucks in the park just around the corner. Really - we couldn't have been happier. Thank you! 😁

Such a perfect apartment - it's very clean and comfortable, in a convenient location in the city, and the balcony does give a beautiful view of the water. Staffan is very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and communicative; he made my stay much easier and clearly knows Stockholm well. Would recommend for anyone visiting Stockholm!

Staffan is a great host - the communication was very clear and the description of the appartement is absolutely precise. The flat is well located close to the river/sea front - we highly recommend to walk there and enjoy a swim there ! The fourniture is great and all is perfect - PERFECT
