Austin Luxury Escape (1 bedroom)

Please remove shoes inside the home (shoe rack & complimentary slippers provided).

Quiet hours 11pm-7am. No excess noise outdoors please.
Please smoke/vape in outdoor areas only.

Please do not park or allow guest to park outside of the parking spaces in the covered port directly in front of the house or anywhere that might block another parking space (one additional uncovered guest parking space is available on a first come basis on the left as you enter the yard next to the fence under the oak tree).

Hair dryers are available in the cabinets below the sink in the bathroom.

Washcloths & extra makeup cloths are all available in the cabinets below the sink in the bathroom (please only use black cloths to remove makeup).

Garbage disposal switch is under the sink in the cabinet in the upper right corner.

Please place all plastics, paper, cardboard, glass & aluminum in recycling bin provided at the far end of the kitchen island.

Please use cutting boards located in the drawer to the right of the stove (do not cut directly on countertops).

Extra garbage bags are located in a dispenser inside of the trash & recycling bins.

Dishwasher gel & rinse aid are located in the cabinet below the kitchen sink (do not use dish liquid in the dishwasher; this will damage the appliance)

Light cleaning supplies, extra paper towels and extra sponges are located in the cabinet below the kitchen sink.

Departure Instructions

Please leave all used dishes/glasses/silverware in sink or dishwasher on departure.

Please leave all used towels on the floor in the bathroom or laundry room on departure.

Please turn off all lights, ceiling fans and the TV before departure. And please be sure to lock the patio door & press the "lock" button on the keypad on departure.

Please place trash in any brown bin, recycling in any blue bin and compost in any green bin near the front fence on departure.

In Case of Emergency
First-aid kit located in the cabinet below the sink in the bathroom.

Emergency fire blanket located in the top drawer to the right of the stove.

Nespresso Coffee Machine Instructions

Fill clear water tank 3⁄4 full with water
Click the coffee cup button once to turn on the machine
Click the coffee cup button once again for hot coffee
Click the coffee cup button twice for iced coffee (more concentrated brew)

Milk Frother Instructions

For hot froth press button briefly (button light turns red)
For cold froth press button for 2 seconds (button light turns blue)
Please do not put anything besides milk/creamer in milk frother.
Please do not place milk frother in dishwasher or submerge in water as this will permanently damage the device.

Instructions for Expanding the Dining Table

The dining table is expandable to seat 8 guests
Pull the legs closest to the patio towards the patio door
The table addition and extra tablecloth are located inside the table
Please return the table to its original length on departure

Grocery Shopping Bags

Austin is mostly a plastic bagless city, so 4 shopping bags are available for you to use when you go to the market in the bottom drawer to the left of the stove.

Please remember to place them back in the drawer on departure.
