The apartment entrance opens onto a shared balcony, which can also be used by smokers.
Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment is quiet, situated on a side street away from street noise. The bathroom with toilet is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is comfortable and features modern appliances-ideal for everyday use. Thanks to numerous windows, the apartment is bright and welcoming. A recently refurbished studio, perfect for two guests. Abundant natural light, comfortable double bed, sofa, large cabinet, large screen TV, equipped little kitchen, good shower... Excellent location, near train and metro station. Communication with Christof was easy, friendly and efficient. We signalled a problem with the shower, which was solved that same day. If I visit Vienna again, I shall surely try to stay at Christof's place.
