Looking for a home away from home with a little extra sparkle? Welcome to my apartment in Salford, on the edge of Castlefield – a bright, modern, and super well-equipped space perfect for LGBTQ+ travellers who value comfort, connection, and a host who genuinely loves to welcome guests.
Stay in a cosy double bedroom with plenty of storage and a peaceful vibe, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Manchester. You’ll have sole use of the family bathroom (I’ll stick to my ensuite), complete with a full-sized bath and integrated over-bath shower, fluffy towels and all the essentials you need.
The heart of the apartment is a spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area – and you’re welcome to make yourself totally at home here. Love cooking? You’re in for a treat. The kitchen is seriously well-equipped, including (but far from limited to), a Ninja Foodi 15-in-1 (air fryer, pressure cooker and tons more), induction hob, fan oven, food processor, Nespresso machine, frappé-capable blender, milk frother, and even a vacuum sealer and sous vide wand (yes, really!). Of course, there are also a full range of utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery etc., plus gadgets for pretty much any culinary whim :)
Prefer to relax? Sink into the sofa, stream your favourite shows (Netflix, Prime, Tidal, Apple Music etc.) over super-fast fibre broadband, or enjoy the whole-apartment multi-room music whilst you get ready to hit the scene.
I’m your host – friendly, respectful, and always up for a good chat if you’re feeling sociable (or happy to give you space if you prefer!). I’ve created this home to be inclusive, safe and relaxed, where every guest is welcomed, exactly as they are.
Location highlights include being no more than a minute’s walk away from the entrance to Regent Retail Park where you will find a large Sainsbury’s supermarket (with Argos inside), JD Sports (and their gym next door), Costa, B&M, and more, and a Jet Garage directly opposite the apartment block which is open 24/7 so you’ll never be short of supplies (or snacks!) during your stay. All of the main delivery locker brands are also nearby, and other transport options only minutes away: • 🚋 Tram stop – 6 min walk (Exchange Quay or Salford Quays) • 🚂 Manchester Piccadilly Station – ~30 min walk / 10-15 min tram • 🌈 Canal Street (Gay Village) – ~30 min walk / 15-20 min tram • 🏞 Trinity Way (outdoor 'social' hotspot for connecting with other gay guys...) - ~20-30 min walk
Always happy to give my recommendations/suggestions on places to visit, and can be as present/involved in your visit (or not) as you would like.

Welcome to my home — I’ve put a lot of love into creating a welcoming, comfortable space and I’m genuinely excited to share it with you. Please keep in mind the following rules: [TL;DR] Common sense really, simply treat the home with the same care and respect you would your own, thank you. • Please wash up or load the dishwasher after using the kitchen • If you’d like to use any of the more ‘cheffy’ kitchen gear (sous vide, vacuum sealer etc.), or unsure about anything just give me a shout — I’m happy to show you how they work • Do not leave any of the chef knives loose in the bottom of the sink where they could hide... • Please leave the bathroom clean and tidy after use – it’s all yours, after all! • Be mindful when coming and going to ensure the front door is fully closed; the door will lock automatically after a couple of seconds • You’re welcome to enjoy the sound system, streaming services or even my DJ decks, just keep volumes respectful, especially late at night • The bedroom is non-smoking • Vaping is allowed, however *it is imperative that you are responsible with your e-liquid*. Please DO NOT leave any lying around on the floor, and wipe up any spillages immediately; it can be lethal for dogs if ingested, and is unfortunately very tasty due to the flavourings used. And finally, there is anything I have cooked/baked that you like the look of, don't be shy - feel free to ask if you would like to try some. Life can be chaotic and messy, even on the good days, but food made with love is the ultimate clean-up crew in my opinion; I am usually only too happy to dish my creations out like edible therapy 🤤 ...pretty sure it's calorie free too when offered in this way 😂
