A quiet, spacious one-bedroom studio with high ceilings in an 18th century house with elevator and windows to the beautiful green courtyard. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and all the amenities you need when traveling. Surrounded by numerous historical sights, restaurants and museums and perfectly connected by public transportation to the airport, train stations and business district.

The nearest subway stations: U1 "Stephansplatz" (3-minute walk), U1 "Schwedenplatz" (4-minute walk), U3 "Stubentor" (3-minute walk). The airport bus stop "Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz" is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. The train station "Wien Mitte" is also approx. 10 minutes' walk away.

Bed size: 180 x 200 cm, four pillows with different degrees of firmness. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed. Towels and complete bed linen are provided.
