🏡Welcome to my home!
I'd like to invite you to stay in a bright, 61 m2 T3 apartment with two balconies offering unobstructed views over the rooftops of Paris - perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors.
The apartment is located in the 14th arrondissement, in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with many shops, restaurants and services nearby: you'll have everything you need at your fingertips, whether for shopping, going out or enjoying a coffee on the terrace.
You'll have access to
A private bedroom (which I also use as a dressing room, so I can pop in from time to time to pick up a few items of clothing).
A bathroom with bath and washing machine.
A separate toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, food processor...
Living room: comfortable and convivial lounge/dining room.
The apartment is very well maintained, even with the presence of my dog, a calm, clean and sociable Shiba Inu. He's part of the house, so it's important that you're comfortable with dogs.
🚇 Access & transport
Metro Plaisance (line 13) 1 minute on foot
Paris Montparnasse train station about 17 minutes on foot and 10 mins by metro
Ideal for exploring Paris or for stays with regular commutes.
🌟 Spirit of the place
I offer this accommodation above all in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.
I would be delighted to welcome a single, curious, respectful and open-minded person.
If we get on well, we can share a walk, an outing or a good meal... with no obligation, of course. Above all, I'm looking for a caring presence, not just a tenant.

The neighborhood is quite residential, but very well located for quick access to Paris' iconic LGBTQ+ venues.
Just a few minutes away by public transport, you'll be :
Montparnasse, with its many cinemas, theaters and cool bars.
In the Marais, the heart of Paris' LGBTQ+ scene, with its bars, clubs, bookshops and iconic cafés such as Cox, Open Café, La Boîte à Frissons, Le Raidd or Le Quetzal.
Le Rosa Bonheur, in the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont or on the quays of the Seine, is also a very gay-friendly venue, perfect for an outdoor aperitif.
La Mutinerie (queer and feminist bar) or Tango (mythical club) are easily accessible by public transport.
In the district itself :
I can recommend a few restaurants to suit your tastes.
There are also some nice cafés with terraces in Montparnasse.
Nearby rue de la Gaîté is famous for its lively theaters and lively nightlife.
And several bakeries, organic groceries and food shops are just around the corner.
And if you're curious, I'd be delighted to advise you according to your desires... or even accompany you!

🛏 House rules
I'm happy to open my apartment to other people in a spirit of respect, sharing and kindness.
Here are a few simple rules to keep things running smoothly:
Please respect the common areas and leave them clean after use (kitchen, bathroom, living room...).
No parties in the apartment.
No outside visitors without talking to me first.
Please keep the apartment quiet, especially in the evenings and mornings.
I live with a very friendly and clean Shiba Inu: please do not feed him without my permission and be comfortable with his presence.
Smoking is only allowed on balconies, not indoors.
Moderate use of household appliances is welcome (e.g. washing machine).
Finally, I'm open to discussion and conviviality, with respect for everyone. If there's anything you need, please let me know: I always prefer dialogue.
