No smoking: Please smoke only on the balcony, not in the apartment.
Parties: Our neighbors like it quiet, so parties are not allowed.
Quiet time: Between 23:00 and 07:00 we ask for room volume.
Formalities: So that we can register everything properly, please send us your ID details in advance (passport number for international guests, VAT number / AFM for Greek guests).
Long stay: For bookings over 20 days we plan a small intermediate cleaning (approx. 30-60 min.). Our cleaning lady will register shortly beforehand.
