I live in this beautiful villa northwest of Madrid, next to a forest, with everything you need to feel right at home. The metro station and bus stop are just 3 minutes away, and you can get to downtown in just 15–20 minutes.

The house is very quiet, as it’s located in a residential neighborhood of single-family homes. It has two floors: one with the living room, kitchen, and a half-bath, and the other with two double bedrooms and a full bath. There’s also a small outdoor patio at the entrance with a small table, chairs, and a parasol. The entire floor is hardwood with radiant heating.

The guest bedroom has a double bed, a desk, and built-in closets. It faces the street, is bright, and has air conditioning and radiant heating.

There’s a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms in the house; one of them is mine.

The kitchen is fully equipped and at your disposal. The living-dining room is quite spacious and comfortable, available for you to use, relax, and watch TV.

I usually work from home, so I spend almost the entire day at home. And I have a very calm and sociable Dalmatian puppy.

I’m very empathetic; I enjoy chatting, sharing a glass of wine or a meal, or going out for a drink if you’d like. But I also respect those who want privacy and relaxation, or to be alone.
