Private quiet studio near parks and the Tacoma water front in a very safe area. Gay bars are within 10 minute drive. Point defiance and zoo are about 5 minute drive. We are a gay couple living in the main house, please do not hesitate to ask any questions.

Please do not smoke or vape inside the studio. Please turn off all lights, unplugged toaster and heater fan when checking out. You can leave outside light on. If you need to clean anything, do not use the bathroom towels, we have cleaning rags under the kitchen sink. For long stays, we can change the bedding and give it a refreshing to the studio on the 3rd day of staying and we need guest to be away during refreshing the place. Please do not park on the alley way for long periods - overnight parking in front of the main house or driveway.
