am a nudist. That stated, if you are not it is fine as I will put on some clothes. But I want to be clear for those who are seeking a nudist place while they travel this could be a great place for you.

The room has a queen size bed for you or two.

==If there are more, please reach out about an additional room for additional charge. Enjoy your room with a comfy bed, and good lighting, your won mini fridge, dresser and desk. Open kitchen, your own bath and relax in the living room. There is a fridge for you to use, or use the one in the kitchen. I have two cats with lots of energy. I will keep your door shut and cat free. You will get a key if you want to lock your bedroom door.

I keep a busy schedule so you may not see me much during your stay. About me: I love being outdoors, live theatre, cooking, red wine, 420, long walks, learning from others too. I have a massage table, and hypnosis (I go under).

There are blackout curtains if that helps you sleep. Off street parking. I three miles South West of SeaTac airport and a 30 minute drive to downtown Seattle. That said, it is easier to get around if you have a car. 20+ minute drive to West Seattle 30+ minute drive to Seattle proper 15 minute drive or $25.00 Lyft ride to the airport.

My place is great for your sleeping location while you enjoy your day trips or visit family but do not want to stay with them. I have hosted people here for work. Plenty of good restaurants close by. The area is quiet and my neighbors look out for one another.

If you are here when it is warm, feel free to sit outside and relax. I will even have the inflatable pool up.

Feel free to email me and ask questions before booking. I really do not mind. I live here too and work from home. My office is next to your room.

Hungry or thirsty? About four miles north there are two great coffee/pastry shops: Grand Central, and Bakery Nouveau. Also a good low key restaurant/bar - Smarty Pants. A mile south is a good Italian restaurant called Via Marina Wood fired pizza. In downtown Des Moines there are two sports bars and two fine places for seafood. Also, at the marina a container bar that has some outside seating. Or feel free to cook.

Book now for the FIFA games in Seattle next Spring. How many sleeping spaces will you need? We can discuss uber at low special rates.

I understand people travel with their pets. Since I have two cats, I will not take a booking if you are bringing your pet. Thanks for understanding.

Brian is a very welcoming host who communicated all the information needed to make my visit very pleasant. We had a great conversation over dinner and he showed me his extensive garden that brings him great joy. Felines Tiger and Louie were sweet as can be, and I slept really well in Brian's quiet house

Brian is a great host! Very easy to get along with and informative. He went above and beyond to help me settle in my new home / city. Tiger and Louie, the two love bug cats, are very friendly and adorable. The house is big with beautiful outdoor space. Great location! Close to the airport, highways, and the water.

Brian was an excellent host--friendly and respectful. The room was spotless, looking over the garden in the backyard. I was able to work easily from the desk in the bedroom and also from common areas if I didn't mind the company of two very social cats. Great location close to the SeaTac Airport for overnights/layovers. Have a rental car if you are staying longer as most amenities (i.e. restaurants) are not walkable. Quiet neighborhood with views of Mt Rainer just down the street. I'll be back!

I was in Seattle for work for a week and because commute required me to be in both Bellevue and Seattle, I chose to stay with Brian. If you're looking for a quiet, private space with parking that's near the airport, this is a great location. The room (with a desk and fridge) and guest bath are on one side of the house, and I felt like I had my own private space. Brian (and his two very sweet kittens) were social, and Brian regaled me with local history and his stories throughout my stay.
