Home from home. John and James are exceptionally friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. The house is in a quiet residential area but within easy reach of supermarkets and a good selection of restaurants. Public transport connections are good with a bus stop an easy 10 minutes' walk from the house with a frequent service to downtown from early morning to 7pm, after which the buses become less frequent. We would stay here again on future visits to Tacoma.

The property was easy to find. Pre-arrival communications were excellent and prompt. John and James were very friendly and engaging hosts. The bed is very comfortable. The yard with its flower beds are beautiful. If we were ever back in the Tacoma area we would be eager to stay here again.

Thank you John and James for a wonderful peaceful, friendly, private stay. You pay attention to the details that make staying at your place so nice. The ease of entering and exiting, the ample parking, comfortable bed, tv, microwave, toaster, fridge, robes, towels and other amenities. Wonderful conversation around the fire. Interesting, delightful and easy going hosts. Don't hesitate to stay here! It made a stressful visit with my mom totally enjoyable! Thanks so much. Look forward to future visits.

Truly a great place to stay! Maximum recommendation. They reached out to help in an unforeseen problem, took me in to have a wonderful stay beyond expectations. From the first moment from reservation they were truly committed to their new client and who left was a new friend. The location was a perfect starting point for both Seattle and the National Parks. Quiet neighbourhood, yet near freeway, shops, malls. Well prepared info of where to go. The room was big enough, clean and had several extras (airco, fresh fruits, fridge, breakfast, milk). I will for sure return !!!

I am very honored to be John and James' first MrB&B guest. They treated me like family. Their house is immaculately clean. I couldn't find a spec of dust or dirt anywhere. They treated me to first class accommodations that were better than a hotel. The bed was very comfy and they live in a quiet neighborhood not far from a beach. The guys even stayed up past their bedtime to talk to me. Their roommate was pleasant as well but retreated to his room most of the time. John even went out of his way to get me an air purifier for my visit since I'm allergic to cats but his cat was so chill. Super quiet and relaxed. I had not problems whatsoever. They provide their guests much information about the city and allow the guest as much privacy as the want. There were some pleasant surprises, I won't give away here but well worth the value for the money. Their place has plenty of charm and is just warm and loving.
