Room in Lavapiés with a terrace

My apartment is located in one of the neighborhoods with the richest cultural offerings—Lavapiés, La Latina, and Embajadores—the epicenter of authenticity and diversity right in the heart of the city. It’s a place where everyone is welcome and where the LGBTIQ+ community feels, more than anywhere else, right at home.
As soon as you step through the front door, you’re immediately immersed in neighborhood life: narrow streets filled with street art, century-old taverns in La Latina where you can grab a beer, and that unique cultural mix that ensures there’s always something interesting happening here. It’s an area of open doors and bustling squares, where you can feel freedom on every corner.
Although the apartment has two bedrooms, I only share one of them, so you’ll have all the peace and quiet you need. You can make yourself a cup of coffee in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it on the jewel of the house: a spacious terrace—a real luxury in this area—perfect for getting some fresh air and unwinding from the hustle and bustle before heading back out to get lost in the streets of Madrid.
Besides me, you’ll also be sharing the apartment with Pepe, my dog. He’s very friendly, doesn’t bark, and is always looking for affection and cuddles.
