📌 ACCESS
Please note that the penthouse is located on the 9th floor and the elevator stops at the 8th floor. You will therefore need to climb a staircase to access the apartment.

In addition to this penthouse, a small studio for 2 people is located in the same building, one floor below.

When both apartments are available on the same dates, they can be combined to accommodate up to 6 people. This solution is ideal for families or groups of friends, while guaranteeing total privacy between the two spaces.

📌 PARKING
A private parking space is available in a building just 5 minutes' walk from our accommodation, where we own another apartment. Please inform us in advance if you are arriving by car so that we can confirm availability and rate.

The apartment is located in the heart of Ipanema, a stone's throw from the famous Ipanema beach.

Close to the building, you'll find the metro station as well as the famous hippie market, which takes place every Sunday.

The area is packed with stores, cafés and restaurants, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.

Check-in and check-out handled by a professional agency. Keys handed over on arrival.

Check-out before 11:00 am 🕚

Check-in fees applied by the agency:
▪ R$ 100 - Check-in after 9pm
▪ R$ 250 - Check-in after midnight, Christmas Day and New Year's Day

To avoid any additional charges, we recommend check-in before 9pm whenever possible.

These charges are to be paid directly to the agency on the day of arrival.
