📌 APARTMENT Renovated by an architect, this 8th-floor loft is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 people. Tastefully furnished and decorated with care, it offers a comfortable and elegant retreat.

✨ Living room Bright and spacious, the living room benefits from an abundance of natural light. This space includes a sofa and table, perfect for meals or telecommuting. A ceiling fan provides additional comfort.

✨ Bedroom The bedroom, open to the living room, is equipped with a queen-size bed and air conditioning for peaceful nights.

✨ Kitchen The open kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.

📌 PARKING A private parking space is available in another building, just a 5-minute walk from our accommodation. We have an additional apartment there. Please inform us in advance if you are arriving by car so that we can confirm availability and rate.

In the immediate vicinity of the building, you'll find the metro station as well as the famous hippie market, which takes place every Sunday.

The area is packed with stores, cafés and restaurants, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.

Check-in from 3:00 pm 🕒 Check-out before 11:00 am 🕚

Check-in fees applied by the agency: ▪ R$ 100 - Check-in after 9pm ▪ R$ 250 - Check-in after midnight, Christmas Day and New Year's Day

To avoid any additional charges, we recommend check-in before 9pm whenever possible.

These charges are to be paid directly to the agency on the day of arrival.
