My place is a charming 2 bedroom flat with one full size bathroom room, featuring a tub & Shower combo, never ending hot water and good water pressure, a requirement to properly rejuvenate the body & mind.. commode also features an full service hygienic electric bedet that keeps in spirt with the invigorating shower experience. That is to say it also keeps you sparkling clean from behind as well.🙂
The kitchen, while small is packed with most everything you need to make your favorite famous omelette in the mornings, including a that new smoothie you want to prepare, and you can in the kitchen Aid industrial blender. Also a microwave, oven 6 electric burners readily accessible and a sizable island for that extra food prep space.
The living room space is cozy but nicely appointed, featuring a leather club chair equipped with shiatsu forward pressure back and neck massager which has a hand held remote for modifying intensity and rollers with or without heat. Additionally for your viewing pleasure a BenQ. Projector and a powered drop down projector screen adorns the space and a comfortable sofa to enjoy screened entertainment or just sit with a good book in a quiet setting.

The apartment when you’re my guest, and I’m also here but in the room next door, Alert !! we have met maximum occupant count and still have a space that does not feel cramped. I’d prefer you were the only other person in the apartment at all times however, if during your stay you want a friend to hang out with you for a few, I’m ok with that as long as it’s not a sleepover, that means by 1am your guest should be on their way out. Quiet time is from 11pm -7:30 am 24/7.
Enjoy alcoholic beverages is ok in moderation. Absolutely no smoking. If there’s special needs, please bring them up and we’ll discuss & consider.
Made a meal, washed your face, dropped an energy drink on the floor? Please look back after yourself and clean up anything that wasn’t there before you walked in. It’s common sense and courtesy.
Sorry as much as love pets , they’re not permitted however of course if you have special needs, seeing eye , emotional support, these are a case by case basis call-certification is appreciated if available.
Coin operated Washer and dryers available for your convenience just steps to the carport of the building to a laundry room and folding table.
