Listed below are simple guidelines to follow.

Before Trip:

As someone who also loves to travel, I understand the important of being able to explore a new city and roam around freely. Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer bag storage services at this time.

Myself and building management are not responsible for any items you may have lost. Please secure your personal items.

Please notify if there are pets accompanying you.

The best way to reach me is through the app.

Text me in an emergency if need be.

During Trip:

Please take off shoes before/at the door before entering my home.

Please clean up after yourself at all times.

Clear the tub floor of any hair follicles after each shower.

Flush the toilet after each use.

Rinse the sink of any hair and toothpaste after each use.

Use the coasters and table provided in the room when eating; no eating on beds please to avoid potential bugs.

Clean counter and clear it of any food particles or liquid spills.

Clean stove and oven after every use.

Wash dishes immediately.

Give ample bathroom time to others.

Turn off lights and appliances when leaving a room.

Out of respect for the other potential guests, please close every door gently to avoid loud bangs.

Please inform me if someone is being disrespectful.

Please secure your belongings.

Please let me know if extra fridge or freezer space is needed.

Please keep noise to a minimum.

Please inform me if you broke something so we can discuss a solution as soon as possible like adults.

Please inform me if extra bedding is needed.

For pets —-> please remove hair from the bed. Additional fees of up to $100 will be charge due to hair removal difficulty that spreads to other garments in the washing machine.

******** NYC OSE prohibits bedroom doors from being externally locked; they are allowed to be internally locked from the inside.

Only the person(s) named on the reservation are allowed on the premises. No showing up at my door with another person claiming the reservation is for said other person or it needs to be reported.

There are external cameras around the building and on my home’s entrance doors.

Summer/Early Fall: please close entrance and exit doors as soon as possible to avoid any bugs from entering.

Winter: Radiators in NYC can make some noise when turned on for the first couple minutes. Allow some time to pass. I have powerful portable heaters to use as well.

Washer and Dryer are located in the basement; requires an app for payment.

Checkout/Post Trip:

Please note there are garbage cans outside of the building to throw away your trash if the room can is near full.

Unauthorized extra guests not listed on the reservation will be charged $200 per night.

Guests who stay past the mandated reservation check-out time will be charged $200 even if it is a minute late; every hour after will be charged an additional $100.
