Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, including music, TV, conversations, and phone calls. Respect for Neighbors No loud parties, gatherings, or events. Be mindful of noise levels in common areas, hallways, balconies, and outdoor spaces at all times. Avoid slamming doors or creating excessive noise that may disturb neighbors. Guests Occasional guests are welcome, but overnight guests must be approved in advance. Tenants are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Shared Spaces Keep common areas clean and tidy after use. Wash dishes and clean up immediately after cooking. Do not leave personal belongings in shared areas. Smoking and Illegal Activities No smoking inside the apartment. Illegal drugs and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Property Care Treat the apartment, furnishings, and appliances with care. Report any maintenance issues promptly. Safety and Security Lock doors and windows when leaving. Do not provide keys or access codes to unauthorized persons. Respect and Consideration Maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Any behavior that disturbs other residents or neighbors may result in termination of the rental agreement. Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings or termination of the rental arrangement.
