Enjoy a Totally Private Room with Air Conditioning, King Size bed, Frigobar, SmartTV 40", Internet and Coffe Brake 24/7, in a spacious two story house in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta the best area of the gay beach scene in Mexico. My roommate and I have adequate the extra rooms in the house where we live with everything we need to share with vacationers, travelers and digital nomads visiting PV. Come to a quiet space to rest and/or work, a few blocks from beaches, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions.
Casa Maruja, as we call it, is a beautiful two-story townhouse or TownHause, with high ceilings, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony and terrace; a large studio, a maid's room, and 3 private rooms for the exclusive use of our guests.
Upstairs you will find your bedroom and those of the other guests along with a fully equipped laundry center and a full bathroom specially designed for sharing without interruptions or inconveniences.
The laundry center has a gas washer and dryer, as well as everything you need so you can use it at no additional cost (laundry soap, bleach, laundry rinse and cleaning utensils) ideal for long or medium term stays.
The guest bathroom has an independent entrance for use of the shower with a space for up to two people, quite spacious, with hot and cold water, soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and a place to place your clothes and change in total privacy; The WC also has an independent entrance, free of interruptions; and a sink also independent from the other areas. Sharing the bathroom will never be a problem. And on the second floor you will have another complete bathroom totally at your disposal.
On the first level of the house, you will find a foyer, a large living room that functions as a living room, dining room and lounge with capacity for 8 to 10 people comfortably, and access to a balcony where smoking cigarettes, greens and vapes are allowed. We invite you to use the fully equipped kitchen.
In the dining room there is a self-service Coffe Brake station courtesy of the house, available 24/7 at no extra cost where we have placed a selection of our favorite teas, soluble and grain coffee, cereal, milk, jug water, sugar, natural and artificial sweeteners, and something extra to share depending on the dates, as well as all the necessary utensils to consume and/or prepare your food comfortably (cups, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, toaster and electric coffee maker.
The kitchen has a 4-burner stove and conventional oven, hood to dispense odors and smoke, as well as everything you need to prepare your food: from basic utensils to condiments and oil. The kitchen is connected to the dining room by a bar that also functions as a breakfast bar and a large and ideal space to prepare your meals.
When leaving the house it will be very easy to locate the beach of the dead and the entrance of the Blue Shrimp just 4 flat streets without stairs or mountains. And two blocks away all the LGBTQIA+ community clubs, enjoy being close to everything safely and rest without interruptions of disturbing noises during the night.

House Rules
The entrance to your accommodation can be autonomous, however me and my roommate will be there to guide you upon arrival and solve all your doubts during your stay.
Visits to the room are allowed with decorum in noise and behavior so as not to disturb other guests, as long as it does not exceed the number of people allowed per room. And you are kindly invited to announce visits to the host for everyone's safety in case of any eventuality.
Smoking is allowed only on the shared balcony and on your access to the terrace, if you book the corresponding room which is the one with King Bed.
The use of illicit substances within the facilities, and/or wandering or interacting with other guests while intoxicated or under the noticeable effects of other substances is strictly prohibited. In any case we always invite you to be in the privacy of your room if you notice any of these effects.
The laundry center is allowed to be used from 11 am to 11 pm. And you must always turn off the water faucets at the end of the wash, to avoid any leakage.
All guests are invited to maintain a moderate noise level between 11 PM and 11AM the following day. As well as the main lights of your rooms turned off so as not to generate discomfort to the rest of the guests.
Be cordial with all the guests of the house and share the common areas without mishaps. You are at home and we want you to treat it as such.
Maintain the cleanliness of the common areas that you can use at all times. Including drying the bathroom after use, cleaning the kitchen and dining room, along with the utensils used. You will always have at your disposal all the necessary cleaning implements.
You may be asked to provide a copy of your identification upon arrival, or prior to your arrival for your records in case of any eventuality or emergency, as well as the acceptance of general terms and conditions of coexistence and privacy notice.
For everyone's safety, we reserve the right of stay and admission in the event of a single or repeated breach of one or more of these rules and/or the house manual during your stay and in consideration of the seriousness of the situation.
