This 4 story home was split into 2 homes, with this unit being on the bottom. Spacious layout with a large primary suite with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a dedicated workspace. Modern kitchen and updated baths throughout. Relax on two covered balconies in the trees. Peaceful, yet minutes to the light rail, hospitals, stadiums, UW, downtown, Capitol Hill, I-5 & 520. Pet friendly and perfect for business, medical, or leisure travel. Great for a FIFA getaway!
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms connected by another private covered deck, creating a flexible layout ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. The primary suite includes a spa-like ensuite with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a large closet. There is a queen size pullout bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room, offering a 4th sleeping space. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided making extended stays easy and comfortable.
Whether you’re here for a UW game (just over a mile away), a work trip with fast, reliable Wi-Fi, or a getaway with family or friends, this space is designed to deliver both comfort and convenience. Traveling with little ones? A pack and play is available as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just the basics, with new appliances, a quartz waterfall island, and everything you need to enjoy a meal with a view and cook in style.

We just ask that you treat the home with respect. It is a house we bring our friends and family to stay at and we are opening it up to you in the spirit of wanting to share our gorgeous view and amazing city. We have a few rules: 1. If you are having guests, overnight or otherwise, please just give us a heads up. 2. No more than 6 people in the home at any time (unless given express permission -- see #4) 3. Please run all of your used dishes through the dishwasher upon checkout. 4. No parties, but small gatherings of up to 10 are permitted with advanced notice. Only 6 people are permitted to stay overnight, however. Quiet hours are after 10pm. 5. Check-in is 4pm and Checkout-out is 11am. Both are firm, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise.
