The apartment is an elevated ground floor, with its own entrance, fully renovated 110 square meters, in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Neo Faliro. It is close to Karaiskaki stadium, SEF stadium, Metropolitan hospital, while the picturesque Mikrolimano is 12 minutes away.
Opposite the house there is a coffee shop, a mini market, a bakery, while nearby there are a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a dry cleaner, and other shops. It is 5 minutes from the meteo Faliro station and 6 minutes from the tram stop SEF and Karaiskaki. It has easy access to the center of Athens, (with only 5 stops on the green line of the metro), the port of Piraeus (one stop for the ferries to the islands), the beaches of Attica and Stavros Niarchos Foundation, by tram and city buses.
