3rooms flat, 3-7 people, walk on foot to old town!

3 rooms flat, just some 5-10 minutes walking to Prague Castle, Petrin fascinating panorama view on the whole city, perfect to stay close to city centre.

The 3 rooms 70m2 apartment is in walking distance from the Prague Castle (5-10 min), Old Town, Charles Bridge (15-20 min), very close to nice panorama view on the city on Petrin!

There is possible free parking on weekends (Sat & Sun) all around, including the places in front of the house. Mondays to Fridays the is free parking about 5mins on foot. Paid parking also available.

There is WiFi internet available in the apartment.

Good connection from the airport because it is on the side of city that the airport is, so no need to pass huge traffic jams.

There are also 3 food shops very close to the apartment, one of them is open every day 6a.m. - 23 p.m., including Sundays.

The apartment is equiped by wash machine, dishwasher, oven with stove, fridge, kettle etc. You will get clean bed linen and towels on your arrival.

Best for group of 4-7 people. There is one bedroom with double bed, one living room with double sofa and kitchen and another one bedroom with double bed. Extra bed can be added to one bedroom so 7 people can be accomodated.

I offer you the transport (4 people at most in a car) from/to the airport for 15 Euro each way, if I should be able at time of your arrival to do so.

Great area to stay because:
- you can walk to centre, close to the oldest sights in Prague
- there are wide large bright streets, it is residential area with high level of ordinary rentals
- if you don't want to walk, you can take tram 22 from the very close station Malovanka, that tram also goes through the city centre to the other side of river Vltava

Public transport stations nearby:
tram lines 22, 25, bus line 143 (station Malovanka)
bus lines 174, 180 (station Na Petynce)
night lines 57 (tram, Malovanka), 502 (bus, Na Petynce).

The tram line 22 (line 57 at night) cross the whole city centre to the other side of the river and it is possible to get there quickly by tram as well when you don't want to walk.

It takes only few minutes as well to metro lines and shopping centre by trams and buses.

Tips to close gay places on tram 22:
* Heaven Prague - music, events, bar, Sundays naked party (20 min.)
* Qcafé - bar (20 min.)
* Drakes - club, nonstop, shows, cabins and so on... (14 min.)
* Friends - traditional club that runs continuously since the nineties, the oldiest bar & disco in Prague (17 min. )
* Babylonia - traditional large Sauna (19 min.)

- pets are allowed only upon previous discussion (additional fee can be required)
- damages can involve additional costs required to be paid
- according to several previous experiences - please, leave the same amount of towels in the apartment when leaving. Thank you :)
- The night time with no high rush by the law in Czech republic is 22-06 o'clock (10p.m.-6a.m.) Please, respect it. Of course you can moderately watch TV or listen to music at night, but you cannot do noisy party at night in the apartment. This applies to any living space in Czech republic. If you want to enjoy the night entertainment, please go to clubs, that is why they exist :)
