Clean, quiet, very pleasant accommodation. The +: the towels smell wonderful. The -: Vincent only spoke during the apartment presentation. Then, he became silent. If you want peace and quiet and don't want anyone to talk to you, go ahead with your eyes closed. However, if you want a minimum of friendliness, a welcome drink or a chance to get to know each other, don't go, unless it's just me. I'm fine with him having problems, but he just needs to say so.
