Vienna city centre, the airport or the main railway station can be reached quickly by public transport. It is a 2-minute walk to the underground, which goes directly to Naschmarkt, downtown or to the famous Sissi Palace Schönbrunn.
You can walk to the popular Naschmarkt and the First District in 10 minutes.
Especially for adult guests, that's how I would describe our apartments.
We offer you a relaxed atmosphere and a wide range of services with the highest level of comfort.
The rooms in the apartments have special amenities such as cable TV, coffee machine, bathrobes as well as highspeed W-LAN, which is also suitable for business people Top and on request also an air conditioning.
Your apartment has a working desk and lounge with additional space for work or relaxation.
In our 60m2 apartments there is space to breathe deeply and each has its own terrace.
On the 6th floor, with a view over Vienna, you can also make outdoor breakfasts and new plans for the day.
The entire building as well as all rooms of the apartments are absolutely barrier-free.
Our all-inclusive deluxe offers include premium drinks, snacks, sports and a wide range of leisure activities.
For the cleaning of your personal laundry you can, after consultation, use a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the house...
If you prefer your shirts to be crease-free, you can use our ironing service for a small fee.
If you would like to have your new home cleaned outside the scheduled intervals and do not want to do this yourself, we will be happy to organise it for you.
