New and charming apartment in a fully renovated building: - Kitchenette equipped with hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, and all the utensils you may need if you prefer to cook at home. We supply a basic stock of coffee, sugar, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cleaning products also available. - Cozy living area with comfortable sofa bed for 2, and smart TV: FREE NETFLIX. - Delicious patio with table, chairs, umbrella, bean bags, plants and a mural painted by one of the most famous grafitters of Porto, Costah. You are allowed to smoke in this patio. (it's not allowed to smoke in the interior of the apartment.) - Heating in bedroom and living room. - Bedroom with double bed and closet. - WC with shower. Quality shampoo, shower gel, hand cream, hand soap, and toilet paper available. - Towels and bed linen are provided. - Beach towels also available in the summer season. - Cot, high chair, and cutlery and baby dish available.
