Our neighborhood is both picturesque and lively, full of restaurants and vintage shops. Charming apartment in the 3rd floor (no elevator): 1. Comfortable living room with dining and kitchen area, and bathroom, in the ground level; 2. Bedroom in the mezzanine area, in the upper level, connected by original stair structure. 3. Lovely balcony facing the rooftops in the back of the building. You'll find here 2 nice lounging corners where you can relax. 4. Kitchen equiped with all you need if you wish to cook: stove with 2 hot plates, microwave/oven, dishwasher (and dish washer detergent) toaster, electric kettle, fridge. 5. Supply of coffee, sugar, tea, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cleaning products are also available. 6. WC with shower. Hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper available. 7. All towels and bed linen are provided. 8. Cable television , WI-FI and free Netflix

Our neighborhood is in the center of the city, and is the most interesting to be in! Explore the restaurants, from the most typical to the most sophisticated, the most hipster cafes, art galleries, vintage shops ... All within walking distance of the Tower of Clerigos and Lello Bookshop. There is a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket within 5 minutes. We are a very short distance from all the main transports of the city - the Trindade metro station is 10 mins walking distance, and buses and taxis are around the corner. There are several car parks near. Taxi service available for transportation to and from the airport (26 eur payable to the driver), and other routes. Baby car seat available

We are very careful with the rest hours of our neighbors, so we kindly ask you to avoid any noise after 9 in the evening or until 9 in the morning. Please pay particular attention while at the balcony. Parties are NOT allowed. Pets are NOT allowed. DON’T lock the door of the building to the street. This is for safety reasons. (otherwise, whoever is inside can not leave the building without a key; And it’s extremely dangerous, in case of emergency.) Please inform us immediately about any incident. This way we can correct it as soon as possible, so the next guests can enjoy the apartment as you did. Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet. Do not throw sanitary napkins, tampons, or any other objects. Do not use the towels to remove make-up. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; Smoking is allowed at the balcony. Do not throw ashes or cigarettes to the floor or outside the balcony. Please bear in mind that all goes to the balconies or patio of our neighbours. There are ashtrays for this purpose.

This loft is such a special spot, super convenient to everywhere you want to be in Porto, and so charming. Teresa is an absolute gem and is probably the most gracious host I've ever met. You'll enjoy it here.
