Enjoy lake and mountain views from this 1 bedroom 1 bath private suite in the centrally located upscale and very safe Madison Park neighborhood just minutes to downtown Seattle. This thoughtfully appointed unit offers comfort and convenience with the amenities you would expect to find at home. The LGBT beach is 1/2 block down the street. There are 2 clothing optional beaches within about a 15-minute walk down the lake.
Within a few blocks are many dining options with outdoor seating, sports bars, full-service grocery store with deli, banks with ATM’s, Starbucks, boutique shopping and more. The neighborhood has many parks, public tennis courts and one of Seattle’s most popular gay swimming beaches.
Centrally located near the University of WA, Capitol Hill, and Downtown Seattle, it also provides seamless access to Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond. Frequent bus service connects to the light rail for convenient access to the airport. Ride share is typically a few minutes wait. As local owners, we are committed to ensuring your stay is both comfortable and worry-free.

Madison Beach is the gay destination beach for the greater Seattle area located 1/2 block from unit. Also, two smaller clothing optional beaches withing walking distance about 15 minutes walk South of the property.
The property is located less than 10 minutes by car to the popular gay Capitol Hill area and its nightclubs, saunas and bars. Easy transportation by bus. Ride share typically is a couple minutes wait.

Our stay could not have been better. The apartment was perfectly located, well-furnished, safe, comfortable, and quiet. Beaches and great restaurants are within walking distance, and Marc is a solicitous and friendly host.
