Sofa bed at the foot of Montmartre or shared room

Lovely welcome from Bénédick to his beautiful appartment just minutes from a metro stop in a great location. Communication from Bénédick was excellent at all times. Many thanks for the welcome meal on your terrace and for coffee this morning, I really enjoyed it. Hopefully, I will get to benefit from your hospitality again sometime.

Bénédick is an excellent host -- easy communication, generous about check-in/check-out, friendly and easy-going. I enjoyed our interactions, including a delicious lunch he invited me to join. The apartment is modern and attractive, with lovely terraces. I slept well in the fold-out bed. I liked the location, close to transportation and anything else one could want.

Helpful from the start. Benedick made certain I found my way to his lovely apartment. He was attentive and charming. Always willing to offer help and advice for getting around Paris. I would happily stay with Benedick again again.

Benedick is kind, respectful and very friendly host. He was very flexible with my check in and check out, he gave me many advices about places to visit and where to eat. He took me for a long walk in Montmartre to dicover unknown places and we had a drink together. Highly recomanded apartment, very clean with comfortable bed and amazing terraces in a modern and silent building, walking distance to shops, restaurants and M station.

I really enjoyed my stay, the bed is very pleasant and the house is clean and nicely decorated in a modern style. Benedict is a really great host who is very generous in sharing stories about the neighborhood and gay life in the capital in general. He also prepared me a meal and a breakfast which was super kind.

What can we say.... BENEDIK does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Welcome, availability, always attentive to their guest. He guides you at every level. Cultural, restaurants, nothing but great tips. The serenity of his home is a major asset.

Benedick is an excellent host. He was timely and communicative with making arrangements for my stay and arrival. His apartment is in the best location close to everything, including the Moulin Rouge, and a 15 minute walk to the Opera House and the sites of Paris. Great restaurants and bars are everywhere. He is friendly communicative, including English and even joined me at his favorite café for dinner one evening. This is a great value and a great location with a great host. I would definitely stay again.
