The apartment has 3 bedrooms. This ad is for room number 2, for a single man. It is a 9m2 room with a double bed and a bathroom exclusively for the guest.

I will be staying in room 1, which can be rented through another ad.

Within walking distance of Copacana and Ipanema beaches. Lagoa is at the end of the street. You can rent the whole apartment or one of the rooms in this 14th floor, sunny loft space (approx. 100 m2) with an open living room and open kitchen.

Double room #2 - (men only) Exclusive bathroom next to the bedroom.

You will be the only guest, I don't rent more than one room at a time, unless it's a group of travelers. Very well located, for those who like the sun, the moon, a beautiful view, good restaurants and bars, beaches, nightlife, trendy stores, outdoor activities. From the apartment, within walking distance, you can reach the best that Rio has to offer. The apartment is located just a few steps from Copacabana beach, Ipanema and Lagoa. The metro station is a 3-minute walk away. Buses are right outside the door. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is furnished with designer furniture and has all the appliances (sheets, towels, ... included). The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used for a snack and small ready meals.

Great for a perfect stay in the heart of the Zona Sul, where Rio is at its best.

The living room has different functions, there is a dining table for 6 and 1 sofa and a music and TV area with a Bose system. There are full-height windows throughout the house.

High-speed internet. WiFi reception is available throughout the house.
