Completely independent, from my detached villa divided into 2 totally separate apartments with independent entrances (I live in the second apartment with my partner).
* SWIMMING POOL shared with us (owners 2 people) open from May to September from 9am to 8pm (no one outside the rental will be able to enjoy the pool!).
. Located 100 m from Lac Salonique and "le Trident" shopping center, 350 m from "quai d'honneur" harbor, 1.3 km from "south" beaches, residential neighborhood.
* Outside: 40 m2 private terrace with charcoal barbecue, table and parasol.
* Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen.
*1/2 floor: Attic living room with sofa and 4K TV with netflix.
* Floor 1: Bedroom with double bed (new quality bedding), 1 bathroom with WC.
* air-conditioning + pedestal fan.
* 1 private parking space in the courtyard.
* Apartment for 2 people only!
* Bed linen and towels included.
* One dog (Jack Russel) available, unfortunately we cannot accept any other pets!
