The apartment is located in a quiet and a family friendly neighborhood in immediate promixity to Østmarka (Oslo east forest) and Lutvann (fresh water lake). There has been a recent renovation and everything in the apartment from the floors to the kitchen and bathroom is of high standard. The apartment is on the 11th floor with a 10m2 in-glass balcony. One can enjoy a beautiful view over Oslo, watch the sunset and see the Oslo fjord from the balcony.

The neighborhood is perfect for people who enjoy nature. The 12.5 square kilometers Østmarka is just few minutes away. Takes 17 minutes by public transport to the city centre. From the Opera house/Barcode it takes 11 mins by bus. IKEA is just about 10 minutes away from the property. E6 is about 250 meters away, and it takes 30 minutes to drive to Oslo airport. There is a mcdonalds close by.

The apartment is ideally located 15 minutes from Oslo's main activities. Parking is free and secure. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and the glazed balcony offers stunning views of the city. Our host is thoughtful and responds to questions very quickly.
