The Reveal

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Escape the busy streets and retreat to your own fully-stocked space. Get a tan in the newly renovated pool/patio area. When you're ready, we're just a short, 10 min drive to one of the best beaches in the area or the ever-popular Wilton Manors nightlife.

The backyard pool and patio are recently updated with travertine pavers and a completely renovated HEATED salt water pool. The backyard patio and pool is shared with the entire house, but it's clothing-optional as long as there are no minor guests on the premises. It's private and chill, enjoy how you'd like.

Your space is a completely private 2-bedroom unit. The Master Bedroom is furnished with two closets and a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a small walk-in closet and a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a shower (no tub) and a door that walks out to the patio. The kitchen has all the basics you should need for your stay. The living room is equipped with a smart TV with your favorite streaming services ready to go. It also has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The living room has a sliding door that opens up directly to the patio and pool.

You can go to the beach or chill in the back patio and pool in the mostly private backyard (we're working on making it 100% private). Clothing is optional as long as there are no children/minors on the property, and those who are on the property are ok with nudity (this means you might have to ask the other guests who are around be dawning your birthday suit).

We just took this property through some big updates. Not all areas are flawless (yet), but we're working hard to make the space as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We just remodeled the pool and patio in the back, along with the travertine pavers and pathways. We'll be improving the landscaping, fencing, and parking area as well over time. So things may be slightly different than pictured, but it should always be a welcomed improvement or change.

- No WIPES or any other sanitary items down the toilet. Flush TP only. Even if they say "flushable" they must be discarded in the garbage. Plumbing service charges along with any damages will be passed on to guests who cannot follow this rule ($500 minimum charge). - Smoking outside and away from other guests - please be courteous. - No parties. Guests associated with the reservation only due to liability. Please contact us with questions. - No smoking or vaping of anything inside. - No glass outside - please use the melamine and plastic cups and dishware outside. Broken glass in pool = cleaning fee. - The pool and backyard patio are shared, so please make space for everyone and be considerate with your volume/noise. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. You can use the pool 24/7, but volumes must be soft conversation level due to neighbors in close proximity. - This is a community space. Your 2-bedroom apartment is completely private, but the rest of the property is shared with the rest of our little community. We'll probably wave and say hello, we hope you do the same. - Kitchen Cleanup: - When checking out please do not leave any perishable food in the fridge. - Please wash all dishes or put all dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle. - To help prevent additional cleaning fees please make sure the space is reasonably clean prior to checking out. This means discarding garbage, doing your dishes, and if you have a pet that pet hair is swept and clean. - Pet owners: Please don't let your dog out in the backyard unsupervised. Please clean up after your dog immediately, and if the cleaners require a deep-cleaning fee to remove pet hair or smell from the space that additional cleaning fee will be passed along to you. - We recycle! Please help by correctly placing garbage in the black bins and recycling in the blue bins. Green bin is for yard debris.
