Beautiful Studio Suite with Heated Pool 10 minutes from the beach!

You'll have access to your completely private studio apartment. You can also use the backyard pool and patio as you see fit. Relax, sun, and have fun. The property is shared so the backyard is not private from the other units. You'll also have access to the laundry room with washer/dryer which is also shared. - No Wipes or other items down the toilet. Flush only TP, even if it says "flushable" it must be discarded in the trash. Failure to follow this rule will result in the plumbing service charges ($500 min) along with any damages being billed to you. - Smoking outside and away from other guests - please be courteous. - No parties. Guests associated with the reservation only due to liability. Please contact us with questions. - No smoking or vaping of anything inside. - No glass outside - please use the melamine and plastic cups and dishware outside. Broken glass in pool = cleaning fee. - The pool and backyard patio are shared, so please make space for everyone and be considerate with your volume/noise. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. You can use the pool 24/7, but volumes must be soft conversation level due to neighbors in close proximity. - This is a community space. Your Studio Suite is completely private, but the rest of the property is shared with the rest of our little community. We'll probably wave and say hello, we hope you do the same. - Kitchen Cleanup: - When checking out please do not leave any perishable food in the fridge. - Please wash all dishes or put all dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle. - To help prevent additional cleaning fees please make sure the space is reasonably clean prior to checking out. This means discarding garbage, doing your dishes, and if you have a pet that pet hair is swept and clean. - Pet owners: Please don't let your dog out in the backyard unsupervised. Please clean up after your dog immediately, and if the cleaners require a deep-cleaning fee to remove pet hair or smell from the space that additional cleaning fee will be passed along to you. - We recycle! Please help by correctly placing garbage in the black bins and recycling in the blue bins. Green bin is for yard debris.
