Laurent is a wonderful host, very welcoming and accommodating. He is pleasant to talk with and very sociable. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment is very quiet. The nearest tram station is 5 minutes away and the location is quite central, if you intend to move around a lot. Overall, it's an extraordinary stay!

Very good experience for a short stay. The host is welcoming and quick to give advice on discovering Nice. The location has the advantage of being close to everything. The stay took place on the sofa bed in the living room, but the living room is well isolated from the rest and could almost be considered a bedroom. I don't see any negative points.

My first experience with a host apartment and I think I found the perfect place! Great location! Impeccable cleanliness, a smile from the moment you open the front door, a host who takes great care of their guests. In short, a wonderful stay. Shared accommodation with other travelers, Laurent made sure we all felt comfortable with each other. I highly recommend! Thank you for everything Laurent!

Laurent is a fantastic host, the apartment and room were very clean and nicely decorated. The location is superb, I was walking the entire time although the tram is really close. He was very knowledgeable about the entire area and gave me great recommendations. The included breakfast was very nice! Overall I was very happy that I stayed at his place and I'd come again! Thank you again for having me 3
