No smoking inside or near doors. Bring you own food. Be polite and courteous. No loud noises. Quiet time after 10pm absolutely no liquids on carpet areas other than water. NO EATING ANYTHING ON CARPET AREAS. KITCHEN ONLY!!! Clean after yourselves or pay a cleaning. Fee. Stains on carpet $400 charge no exceptions. So please be careful with your shoes etc.
