1904 apartment in walking distance from the central station

Welcome to my wonderful little apartment, partly restored back to the original date of 1904 and furnished with mostly period appropriate arts and crafts and bohemian style furniture and textiles. Tall ceilings, lots of books, soft couches, a working fireplace, paintings and prints, the four poster bed as well as close proximity to the park and almost everything else are my favourite things are about living here - and I hope you'll like it, too.

On the practical side, there's towels, bedlinen, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a steamer for clothes with ironing settings, large refrigerator, projector with a screen and speaker for watching films, kitchenware, a drying rack and space for baggage and clothes. There's several supermarkets close by, and miscellaneous bus and train services down the street.

My home is a personal and much loved space, and I'm spending the income from renting out on further restoration with the use of authenic materials and designs.
