Our beautiful apartment is cozy, modern and has an incredible view of the Sugarloaf Mountain as well as a good part of Guanabara Bay. It has two suites and is equipped with the most modern equipment, as well as a barbecue. Well located, it is in the best area of Santa Teresa, one of the most charming and LGBT friendly spots in Rio de Janeiro. With very easy access, it is just 5 minutes from the Glória subway, 10 minutes on foot from Lapa and 10 minutes by car from Santos Dumont airport. Makes any hotel jealous!

The Santa Teresa neighborhood is known in Rio de Janeiro for being LGBT friendly. In general, all attractions in the neighborhood are recommended. There are also several interesting options in Lapa, which is just a few minutes away on foot. The subway is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and from there you can directly reach Farme de Amoedo, a famous LGBT spot in Ipanema.

Parties are not allowed in the apartment. It is a residential building and very peaceful. You must respect and pay close attention to the rules for using door alarms. Our beautiful apartment has a Brazilian noble wood floor, we appreciate the guests who take care of it, avoiding the use of shoes with heels inside the house. Smoking is not a problem as long as it is in the outside areas (balcony or terrace).
