Conveniently located yet totally secluded and private. Sit on the back deck and watch the sunset over Mount Pisgah or planes landing at the Asheville airport, all while enjoying a cool beverage or your evening meal. This house is in a neighborhood, but you'll love the privacy of almost 3.5 acres of forested land. Listen to the crickets at night or sit in the sunroom and listen to rain on the leaves. Who needs a Calm app? Relax and commune with nature! *NEW FOR 2025* enjoy a relaxing soak in the new 3-person hot tub! A great way to unwind after your adventures in town! I live in the home with my sweet 11-year-old Boxer named Miss Scarlett. We would love to socialize with you but will stay downstairs if you would rather have complete solitude. Downtown Hendersonville is about 15 minutes away, downtown Asheville is about 40 minutes, and Pisgah National Forest is about 20 minutes. There are many options for dining, shopping, or a gamut of outdoor activities such as mountain biking, tubing, hiking, and so on. The Asheville Regional Airport is about 20 minutes away. If you don't feel like going far from home, there are several breweries and restaurants within 10-15 minutes from home. Sierra Nevada Brewing and Bold Rock Cider are popular in the area. Not into brew? No problem. There's Mast General Store and Kilwin's on Main Street Hendersonville, and there are also outlets between the house and Asheville so you can get your shopping on. Go to the Biltmore House and spend the day in America's largest home. If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you've found the perfect spot to access hiking trails, biking trails, the NC Arboretum, and more. There's a multitude of things to do regardless of your skill level, so get out there and enjoy! For gay clubs in Asheville, Banks Ave bar has socials every Wednesday evening and a men's tea dance every second Sunday of the month. O'Henry's (******** has drag shows on select weeknights and weekends, and Scandals (******** has drag shows and dancing on the weekend. There's something for everyone in every age group! Asheville has long been ******** for LGBTQ+, and now Hendersonville, once staunchly conservative, has evolved into the 21st century. While there are no 'gay clubs' there, you will see pride flag stickers and even full-size flags on the walls of various businesses. People are very friendly, and I've never had a problem anywhere I've gone in the area. I've always felt safe and welcome!

No pets or smoking please. If you must smoke, you may do so outside, but please respect my home and pick up after yourself! You will have access to the entire top floor of the home, which includes a den, study, kitchen, and dining area. I've been told I'm a good cook and just might prove it to you if I have the chance! Clothing optional is allowed inside and out. You can catch some sun on the deck and work on that all-over tan or just enjoy the freedom of being comfortable in your own skin anywhere in the home. I am a nudist as well but will stay covered if guests are not comfortable with the lifestyle. I will be in the downstairs of the home and can be as visible or invisible as you would like. I'm opening my home as a way to make new connections as well as give people a nice relaxing place to stay, so the choice is yours!

I had an amazing stay at Lee's place! The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like the perfect mountain getaway. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the mountain views were stunning. The location was ideal. It is close to Brevard, hiking trails, and waterfalls. The host was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The instructions were clear, and I really enjoyed our conversations. Everything was perfect, and I would gladly stay here again!

Lee was an excellent host who welcomed us even before we arrived at his mountain retreat. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The views were breathraking. Lee was hospitable, kind, and very conversational. He made us feel at home and we enjoyed his companx. You are bound to like his company; the hot tub is refreshing and relaxing. Five stars all around.

This experience was perfect in every way! Very thorough pre-visit communication. The house is beautiful inside and out with stunning views and a relaxing hot tub. Scarlett, the 4-legged greeter, is a sweetheart. But the best part of the visit was Lee himself. We hit it off immediately, so I invited him to spend the day with me sightseeing in Asheville. His sense of humor and kindness made him the perfect host and companion. By the end of the visit, it was hard to believe I only knew Lee for 48 hours. I feel like I made a lifetime friend.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Lee's house. Lee is a genuinely welcoming host, and he opened the entire top floor of his house, including the kitchen, to me. As the pictures show, really beautiful views from the deck. Very comfortable bed and a quiet setting made for a restful stay. I enjoyed meeting Lee and our conversations, and would be happy to stay again. Highly recommended!

Lee is the best host ever, his place was perfect, very relaxing and private, his dog Charlotte was the best doggie, his company was so nice, the dinner was wonderful and breakfast was great, I can't wait til my next visit, I give him excellent marks A+.

Lee is an outstanding host! He was friendly, engaged, accessible and accommodating! He has a beautiful home with an incredible view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. His 12-year-old boxer, Miss Scarlett, is friendly to guests and quickly bonds with people. Next time, I'm in the Asheville/Hendersonville area again, I would certainly stay at this b&b. Lee's place has really gorgeous view. I had a really good time staying there. The hot tub is nice too. Lee is a very open minded and nice host. I highly commend staying at his place!

Perfect mountain escape for this Florida man. Lee and the doggo are sweet and easy going. Far enough tip the mountain to feel tucked away but town is only about 15 minutes away - Asheville is only 30. Plenty of space and amazing views from the porch. I'd definitely stay again.
