We share the well-being of this small house, ideally located in the center of HYÈRES, 5/6 minutes' walk from the historic center and 3 minutes from a small supermarket and (good) bakery.
The room is simple but, we hope, comfortable and welcoming. The upstairs bathroom and separate toilet are for your exclusive use.
For warmer weather, a cordless, efficient and silent standing fan is at your disposal. A Bose speaker, a small overhead projector and a Netflix subscription are also available.
Your bedroom window overlooks the rear patio and gardens, guaranteeing a peaceful stay with our Vianney (love dog, guaranteed guitar-free), Waf (the blue Puppy) & Waff (the orange Puppy).
You can also take advantage of the garden and its fully-equipped terrace (Balkonbar, table & stools) as well as the patio for the pleasure of one (mocha coffee maker available in the kitchen). If you're staying several nights, we'll be happy to give you a free shelf in the fridge.
Free parking on the outside perimeter (a paid parking option on the enclosed property is also possible, BV please consult us).
Bus stops (for train station, beaches, Porquerolles, Levant, Saint-Tropez or airport) within easy walking distance. But as the title says, to make the most of the region, two bicycles are also available at no extra charge 😉

Very pleasant house in the heart of the city, filled with abundant decoration that captivates and provides an opportunity to connect with the charming owners. A calm setting surrounded by places to go out, even on foot. Try it and you'll fall in love with it.

Laurent & Jerome are super nice, very clean and cosy accommodation. Unfortunately we couldn't spend much time with them as we arrived late and left early. I highly recommend! Hope to see you soon!

Jérôme and Laurent were the BEST hosts. They welcomed my brother and I into their home and went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing time in Hyères. They not only made their home and its amenities completely available to us, but also gave us so many wonderful recommendations which turned out to be our favorite spots during our visit. I cannot recommend enough staying with them. If you're looking for peak hospitality and access to an amazing place, look no further.

We had an incredible stay with the guys in Hyeres. While our stay was very short, we spent some very nice moments with Jérôme and Laurent. Their hospitality was second to none and they have the most incredible dog! Looking forward to our next stay with them in the near future.

Passing through Hyères for one night, we stayed at the boys' place: the room was impeccable and we had an excellent night's sleep! The house and garden are very pleasant. We were welcomed with a delicious barista coffee, great job on this thoughtful touch! The setting is ideal for taking a leisurely stroll through town on foot, while being in a peaceful location. The location is also very convenient for accessing the beach, whether by public transport or by car. You can go with your eyes closed!

More than perfect. Very accommodating with my schedule, Jérôme and Laurent took the time to welcome me. The house is charming with its two spaces, the garden in front and the terrace behind. The decoration of the house and the room contributes to a feeling of well-being during the stay. The house located in the city is also peaceful. I would happily stay with them again

The boys were very friendly and welcomed us as if we were old friends, they gave us lots of advice and took us on a sightseeing tour of Hyères. I definitely recommend this house!
